If you need a place to stay while the interior is being renovated before moving into Grasium, make a reservation here. It is a 3-minute walk from Gangdeok Elementary School and Godeok Middle School. If you register as a resident, you can park in the Grasium parking lot. It may not be a great place to stay, but it is a place where you can stay comfortably. Communication with the host is also smooth.
