The host was friendly and quick to communicate, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience. On a hot summer day, air conditioning and ample towels were provided, making for a comfortable stay. I was very impressed with the coffee and grapefruit ade served at the cafe just downstairs from the accommodation. The accommodation is close to performance halls, buses, and subway stations, so it is convenient for sightseeing, so there is a high intention to visit again. Several conditions were needed to find accommodation for my parents who were going up to Asan to receive treatment. It's 3 days and 2 nights, but it's comfortable like home, good for walking nearby and eating out, easy to get to without being too noisy, etc. Everyone was satisfied and was very comfortable. Although the purpose was to get treatment, they said they rested so well as if they were on a trip. It's clean, spacious, and at this price. He said it's really nice to be able to enjoy these facilities. I'm thankful that the host communicated right away if there were any difficulties! I plan to visit again next time.

I had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is clean and Lotte World is a 10-minute drive away. A mart, pharmacy, and convenience store are close (by walking distance), and Starbucks is also less than a 10-minute walk away. There are two rooms with beds and a shower room. There is one room. There is an induction stove (1 burner), and the pot is in good condition, so cooking is no problem. There are plenty of towels and toilet paper. There is no toothbrush, but there is disposable toothpaste. You must bring your own soap. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. It is located close to a main road, but the accommodation is located inside the main road, so you can hardly hear any outside noise. The standards for cleanliness are extremely subjective. When going up to the room, you have to be careful because the stairs are steep, and there is no elevator. Please note that there is no parking lot, but is it a designated area? You won't be inconvenienced at all. It's a place where you can cook, it's clean, and it's very cost-effective when looking for nearby amenities, shopping, and things to do. Even my picky wife says she's willing to visit again ^^

I chose this place because I had work in Seoul and was looking for a quiet and leisurely place to take a walk. (I went to Seokchon Lake, Baekje Ancient Tombs, Olympic Park, etc. a lot) The owner made all the beds and furniture himself, so it was very comfortable, and when I came home, I felt like I was healing because I liked the feeling of my feet touching the wooden floor that he made himself. The downstairs is a cafe run by Mr. Ahn, who works at Tea Somoli, the second floor is the lodging, and the third floor is where the owner lives. During my stay, I was lucky enough to have a new washing machine installed so I could do laundry. Since the blanket was cold (it was a rainy day as the season transitioned from summer to fall), they changed it to a white hotel blanket made of duck down. I fell asleep easily due to the crunchy, soft feel. The master bedroom (the room I used) has a large bed with two single mattresses and a TV. Each room has air conditioning, the middle room is a semi-floor room, and the third room has a bathroom. The bathroom with a sink has a washing machine, so you can now think of it as having one shower room, one toilet, and one washroom. There is a wooden table in the living room so you can work and eat comfortably, and the kitchen is small but has the necessary things so you can cook. I continued to cook and eat while I was there. I received a package that was delivered to me, and I drank flower tea... and the aftertaste was very unique and delicious. The interior is made of white and wooden materials and colors, so it is a comfortable and cozy house where you can relax. You can also turn on the boiler, so it is warm or cool in the summer, so there is no problem with heat. When I stay in the accommodation, the faint scent of wood clears my head and makes me feel healthy. The owner is located downstairs and upstairs, so it is easy to communicate whenever necessary, and he never disturbs or inconveniences you. The accommodation building is located slightly in from the road, so there is no noise, and it is close to the main road, making it safe even at night. It was nice that there were many organic supermarkets nearby, and a large supermarket and convenience store were just 1 minute away. It's 7-8 minutes away from the subway... but it feels like you're going to a downtown area, so there are lots of street lights, cafes, and restaurants to eat at. A professional cleaning professional came and did the work, and the bedding and rooms were clean and hotel-like. This is a place I definitely want to go next time I go to Seoul. (I came here alone, I know it can accommodate up to 5 people)
