This is a newly opened place, and the accommodation is in such good condition that it would be a waste to use it as a shared home.
- Independence and privacy: Each room has a toilet and shower, ensuring independence. It was adjacent to the road, but it was a bit inside, so it was quiet, and the fire road was well secured, so I was relieved. It is also recommended for self-isolation purposes.
- Security and safety: Entrance on the first floor, entrance on the floor where the property is located, door locks for each lake are well installed, and CC cameras are installed in the hallway, making it safe even at late hours. The elevator + stairs are wide, so you can use it safely even on high floors.
- Accessibility: It is very convenient as it is adjacent to Hongik University Subway Line 2 and Airport Railroad. It's very close to the road, but because it's inside, it's surprisingly quiet, and the alleys are wide, so taxis come in easily.
- Surrounding infrastructure: There are two theaters within a 10-minute walk, as well as shopping malls, restaurants, and clothing stores, so there is a lot to see and do. It's a 3-minute walk from Gyeongui Line's Book Street. It's a great restaurant. There are many delicious coffee shops and artisan bakeries nearby, so be sure to check them out.
- Convenience: E-Mart 24 Hours is within 50 meters of the property. There is a self-sale corner in the hallway of the accommodation, so you can conveniently purchase bottled water/face wash equipment/snacks, etc. It is easy to order delivery food such as Baedal Minjok and Coupang Eats, and all early morning deliveries to Coupang were delivered well.
- Cooling/Heating: The heating was good, there was no draft, so I stayed warm.
- Internal facilities: Most home appliances, including microwave ovens, inductions, and washing machines, are from major domestic companies and are of high quality. Towels are also provided very generously.
- Host: The host is friendly and considerate. If you have any questions or inconveniences during use, you can receive help through live chat. Due to a communication error, there was a misunderstanding for a while, but the host handled it smoothly, so I had a good time until I left.

The accommodation is very pretty and the accessibility to nearby stations is very good.
The cleanliness of the accommodation was very good and the light was well lit, so I had a great rest.
