House rules

1. The party house is based on facility users, not on the basis of the number of guests, and all visitors are included in the number of guests regardless of whether or not they are staying. Considering the optimal management and space size, the maximum number of people is limited to 10. 2. Never smoke indoors! There is a smoking area in the outside garden. 3. After 11pm, loud noises are limited. (If you close the window well, it is not very strict. You should have an overnight party!) 4. Only minors cannot meet. As a guardian, at least one adult must be accompanied. 5. You must reimburse the actual expenses for facilities and equipment. 6. Food, liquor, and delivery food are possible. 7. No eating in the bedroom! Be sure to use the living room table. 8. After using the dishes, you should arrange them in their original condition. 9. Clean up is essential! (We will give you a garbage bag.) 10. One small car is available for parking (Semi-medium or older cars require the use of a paid parking lot). Let's make happy memories in our Hongdae style!!!
