1. It is absolutely non-smoking in the building. 2. No pets allowed 3. No loud noise or thumping after 11pm. Don't look down at the house. 5. When having a barbecue, you should not drink excessively, make loud noises, or pound around. You must be very quiet after 10 o'clock, if not followed, we will send it to the accommodation at the discretion of the host. You must keep it. 6. Never wear shoes indoors. 7. If you are more than the number of people you reserved, please inform us before entering the room. 8. When you are ready to move out, please contact the host if possible. I'm going to say hello. If you leave the room first, I would appreciate it if you send a text message saying that you have moved out. 9. Be sure to turn off the air conditioner, gas, boiler and lights when going out or leaving. 10. I would appreciate it if you could use it as precious as my home.

Seoul Guest House(5)

Seoul Guest House is located on the Naksan section (Dongdaemun ~ Hyehwamun) of the 4 sections of Hanyangdoseong-gil along the Seonggwak-gil. The tranquil and quiet old houses and the fortress road are harmonized, and the promenade and night view, like a country road, are beautiful enough to be ranked among the top 100 Korean night view tours. The view from the roof of our hostel is a favorite place for many guests because it is really pretty. On a sunny day, you can just relax on the rooftop. A large, spacious ajumma (host family) lives in the same building and manages their own accommodation. Because it is my house, I manage it with care. It is within walking distance of Daehak-ro, Dongdaemun, Seongbuk-dong, and Hanseong University. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun, Changgyeonggung Palace, Ikseon-dong, Seoul National University Hospital, Myeong-dong, Dongdaemun, Gwangjang Market, Jongno, Insa-dong, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Samcheong-dong Street are nearby. If you are looking for a quiet and safe accommodation, choose our accommodation and you will never regret it.
