House Rule
* The area around Hiyan SKY is a quiet and peaceful residential area with a sense of countryside. Therefore, for neighbors, use of the terrace after 9 o'clock is forbidden and please be careful about noise. * Hiyan SKY is a detached house on the second floor, and guests use the entire second floor. The first and second floors are completely separate spaces and are not shared with other guests. * Hiyan SKY was constructed with a very thick sound-absorbing material to prevent inter-floor noise from people on the first floor. Nevertheless, please be careful as a ringing sound may be transmitted if you walk around with a thump. * Please take off your shoes when entering the entrance (you can think of it as a general Korean family house). * All indoor spaces in our accommodation are non-smoking. If you are caught smoking indoors, a fine of 300,000 won will be imposed. In the case of damage affecting the next guest, a separate fee may be charged. Smoking mosquito repellent is also an act that affects accommodation, just like cigarettes, and is treated like smoking.
