Each door has a high threshold, so you have to be careful. It's the first floor like a semi-floor, so it needs to be kept clean. The bathroom is humid, so if you stay more than 2 nights, you have to pay attention to mold management. Regardless of the kindness of the owner, reservation management is not done properly It is accompanied by some discomfort, leaving a large negative impression

It wasn't very clean (especially under the bed).

Although it was far from the station, there were many fashionable restaurants around and it was very nice.

The host responded very kindly, so I didn't mind and it was nice. Thank you!

Great location, very clean apartment, well appointed kitchen and a washing machine. Bathroom was ok, but could do with a hook to hang the shower head on so that you can have a proper shower.

Couple of issues - TV control was difficult to work out, so in the end we just gave up and used our laptops and iPads. There was one control that worked for both aircon units in the bedrooms (there was a second control but it didn't work).

On the second last day we were there the hot water stopped working - we contacted customer service and the host but had no response... so we had no alternative but to leave the property and find alternative accommodation. When we notified that we had left (and why) we were contacted and told it was an 'easy fix' (a button or something), but no refund was offered for having to check out a day early.

Overall a great location and good apartment... disappointing conclusion to the stay.

It's a nice place well located in a very nice area. the room is clean, tidy and quiet. everything in th room is working well. Owner is very helpful on the issues that we have. it's very comfortable compared to small hotel rooms in Seoul.

주택가에 있어 조용했고, 집 전체가 매우 깔끔하고 정돈이 잘되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 이용할 의향 있습니다.

It was quiet in a residential area, and the entire house was very neat and tidy, which was great. I intend to use it again next time.

질문이 있거나 불편한 사항이 있어 연락드리면 빠르고 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 집도 사진과 아주 똑같았어요. 침대 또한 푹신해서 숙면을 했습니다. 양념류는 코로나 때문에 구비해 놓지 않는다 하셨고, 나머지는 지내는 동안 불편함이 없게 거의 모든 것들이 구비되어 있었습니다. 핫플레이스(연트럴파크)에 위치한 입지 조건으로 왠만한 배달 음식은 다 배달이 되어서 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

If I contacted you with any questions or inconveniences, they responded quickly and kindly, so I had a great time without any inconvenience. The house was exactly like the picture. The bed was also soft so I had a good night's sleep. They said they did not provide condiments due to the coronavirus, but almost everything else was provided so that you would not have any inconvenience during your stay. It was nice that most delivery food was delivered due to the location in a hot place (Yeontral Park). thank you
