Description
Our house is located in a quiet and pretty neighborhood called Seochon near Gyeongbokgung Station. It occupies the entire 1st floor of a detached detached house and has a small yard and a rooftop where you can hang laundry. 5 minutes walk from Gyeongbokgung Station! Convenient transportation access. This Seochon alley lined with cafes and restaurants is a quiet street that is not noisy. There are many famous attractions around the house. Most of them are representative of Seoul. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square, National Palace Museum, Tongin Market, Blue House, Contemporary Art Museum, Bukchon, and Insa-dong are within a 10- to 20-minute walk. Seochon is also called Sejong Village, the birthplace of King Sejong the Great. Have a relaxing time with the charm of this place. When you open the gate and enter, there is a small private yard and a small rooftop. The roof is sunny all day, so laundry dries well. It consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom. The large room has 2 double beds and the small room has 1 single bed. If more than 5 people stay, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a comfortable bed. There are pots and frying pans for each size necessary for cooking, and a set of tableware, bowls, plates, mugs, and cutlery is provided. There is no separate seasoning for personal hygiene. We promise the cleanliness of the accommodation with sincere cleaning. Towels and blankets are sterilized and replaced every time. The hotel housekeeping manager takes care of the housekeeping. We carry out disinfection every time after guests leave.
House Rule
1. Absolutely no smoking indoors. 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. Please adhere to check-in/check-out times. (Early check-in and late check-out are charged hourly and can be done after prior confirmation.) 4. Dispose of garbage must be separated. We will notify you separately on how to dispose of garbage upon entering. 5. CCTV is installed at the outside entrance, and non-face-to-face check-in is a principle. 6. Additional fees will be charged when booking for more than 3 people. 7. It is not allowed to enter the room other than the number of reservations. If you check in overtime, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 8. There is no private parking lot. You must search for a paid parking lot near Gyeongbokgung Station and use it.

접근성과 교통은 최고였습니다. 단지 저희 전에 계셨던 분들이 강아지를 몰래 데리고 오셨는지, 잘 눈에 띄지 않는 야외에 치우지 않은 개배설물이 좀 있었네요. 위치는 최고입니다.

3주 조금 넘게 머물렀는데, 숙소도 청결하고 지역도 안전했어요. 특히 화장실과 주방이 깔끔하게 잘 정리되어 있어서 너무 좋았고, 침대도 편해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 문의사항이 있을 때마다 세심하게 배려해 주시는 호스트님 덕분에 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었어요. 지하철역, 마트, 시장이 가깝고, 주말 이른 시간에 산책할 곳도 많아서, 덕분에 서촌의 분위기를 마음껏 느끼고 돌아갑니다. :-)

오랫만에 귀국이라 여러가지 궁금한점들이 많았는데, 그때마다 호스트님과 빠른 소통으로 잘 해결됐습니다^^
