Additional Rules 1. Joy House is located in a multi-family building, so loud noises or parties that may cause inconvenience to other neighbors in the building are not allowed. (Contaminated wallpaper and bedding. Any damage or damage to all items must be immediately compensated. It is based on the condition before entering the room.) 2. Please thoroughly separate collection. Please separate food and general waste for recycling! (The cleaning fee is the minimum cost for washing the bedding. It is a shared accommodation, not a professional lodging establishment, so it is appropriate if you think that you are visiting friends or relatives. An additional cleaning fee may be charged.) 3. Absolutely no smoking in the building. This facility is also used by young children. The use of all cigarettes and combustible substances, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited. (Please be sure to smoke outside the building. Residents are very uncomfortable.) 1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and gardens. Absolutely from the street outside the gate. 2. Joy House is located in a multi-family building and is shared with other residents. Please refrain from any actions or noises that may harm your neighbors. 3. If you report a resident report, dispute with other residents, or violate quarantine rules, you will be asked to leave immediately. (Accommodation fee is non-refundable in case of forced departure due to violation of accommodation regulations.) This is a guesthouse located in a multi-family building. Noise or disturbance after 10 p.m. may be a reason for forced eviction. The guest promises to thoroughly cooperate with garbage collection and house rules. (Please confirm that the guest is responsible for all garbage disposal on the designated day and separate disposal.) *All pets are not allowed.
