Description
3-bedroom flat located 3 minutes from Yeontral park and 6 minutes from Hongik University metro station on foot. Parks, Book Street, the centre of Hongik Univ (Hongdae) district are so close it is very ideal location where you can enjoy your time in Hongdae and Yeonnam with your friends. Handy for shopping as there are two convenience stores and a supermarket 1 minute away and also AK Mall, Olive Young (drug store), Hyundai Department Store, Daiso (discount retail store).
There are 2 rooms, kitchen and toilet. The whole place is sanitised and all the bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are changed after guests check out and sanitisers are provided to cope with the Covid-19. You can cook your food using induction, rice cooker, micro wave, airfryer, kitchen utensils, tableware and seasonings provided in the kitchen and toiletries, towels, toilet paper are provided.
Long-term stay and self-quarantine are available. Enquire me on those before booking.
House Rule
· Enquire me if you need a parking lot.
· Pets are absolutely not allowed. In case you accompany your pet, host will request you to leave Laon House.
· The entire Laon House is no smoking area, which means smoking indoors is completely not allowed. In case of smoking indoors, KRW 100,000 will be fined.
· Throwing parties and inviting visitors are strictly prohibited.
· Please do not make loud noises after 10 PM so you don’t bother the neighbours.
· If it is found out more people than the booked number check in or enter the house, host will request the extra number of people to leave Laon House. In case the request is not implemented, all the guest will immediately be ended up checking out.
· Please carefully use everything in Laon House as you do in your place. In the event of irreparable damage or loss of items or irreparable contamination on bedding, we could request compensations for that even after check-out.
