House Rule
If you do not follow the instructions below, you may be asked to leave and compensate for what happens, so please read it carefully and follow it! • As it is located in a building shared with neighbors, parties, late-night noise activities, and visits and accommodations other than those reserved are absolutely prohibited. Please make a reservation carefully. • Since cafes and restaurants are nearby and the soundproofing is not perfect, there may be noise during your stay. • Absolutely no smoking in the property. • Pets are not allowed. • When you leave the room, please wash the dishes you have used and make a simple tidy up. (This is not included in the cleaning fee) • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke in front of the entrance on the 1st floor and dispose of garbage. • Do not use balloons attached to the wall. If the wallpaper is damaged, a painting fee may be charged. • Because the bedding is white, it is vulnerable to contamination. Please be careful not to eat or eat food on the bed or get contaminated. In case of permanent contamination, you will be charged for the purchase of bedding. • The items provided in the dormitory are precious one by one. Be careful not to damage or lose it. In case of damage or loss, you must pay compensation. • When using the toilet, do not put toilet paper, feminine products, or wet wipes in the toilet. Be sure to put them in the trash can.
