Gangnam Stay is located at a 12-13-minute walk from Exit 4 of Gangnam Station and a 5-minute walk from Yeoksam Elementary School. We are a small female-only Gehara, so we have only accommodated foreign tourists. Soon before the vacation, there were so many inquiries from academy students near Gangnam Station. We are a foreigner's city guest house business, so Koreans can only make a reservation through WeHome. [Advantages] 1. It is safe for women only, and my family is almost always resident and managing it. Special attention is paid to security, and only occupants can enter with the card key. 2. The facilities are really neat. Most of the time, they say it's very good. They say that you only need to bring clothes and toothpaste, as there are a lot of free equipment provided. [Free] - Breakfast (but you can eat it anytime): Bread, milk, juice, jam, cup noodles, eggs (raw egg & elvan stone), coffee and tea types, kimchi, and sometimes we would like to share soup or side dishes. . - New towels are provided in the bathroom every day, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, etc. - A large personal locker with a key is provided. 3. It is located in the middle of Yeoksam Station and Gangnam Station, not in the entertainment district of Gangnam Station, so there are many convenient facilities, so life is convenient and quiet. 4. There are a lot of foreign tourists, so if you want to increase your foreign language naturally, this is a really good environment. ***Disadvantages 1. This is a shared room. It is not a private room, it is composed of a 4-person room, a 6-person room, and a 2-person room. Because of this, there are many foreign tourists who do not like the normal swaying bunk beds, so there are not many rooms. If you want to make a long reservation (2-3 weeks or more than a month), it is safe to inquire at least 2 weeks in advance. 2. It varies depending on the season, but it is basically a guesthouse frequented by foreign tourists, so it is not a quiet study atmosphere. We do not accept (for students) students who need to study, homework or lectures at home because there are no desks. The most sought after students are those who are preparing to practice arts and sports such as art and music, or those who only sleep at home and study at the academy all day, but do not like gosiwons and want a more comfortable female-only dormitory. Of course, there are also a lot of workers. 3. It is a 12-15 minute walk from Gangnam Station/Yeoksam Station. As it is a residential area, there are many convenience facilities such as a mart and laundry, and it is not far from the school district, but it is not suitable for those who want a place close to the station.
