Welcome.^^ This is an architect design house looking at Yongsan Station. You can use the 4th/5th floor & the rooftop of Yongsan Hotel View. Each floor is not wide, but you can feel a unique sense of space. (Transportation) - Location of accommodation in front of #1711 bus stop - Within 3 minutes on foot from Hyochang Park Station (Line 6) - Within 13 minutes on foot from Gongdeok Station (Lines 5/6/Airport Railroad/Gyeongui Central), within 5 minutes when transferring to #1711 bus - 15 minutes on foot from Yongsan Station (KTX/train/Line 1), within 13 minutes when transferring public transportation, within 7 minutes by taxi (surroundings) - Gyeonguiseongil Park Walkway - Within 3 minutes of the traditional Yongmun Market - Convenient city tours such as nearby Yongsan Station shopping malls and electronics stores (Accommodation) This is an architect design house with good visibility on the side of the road adjacent to the intersection of Yongmun Market. It is a duplex on the 4th and 5th floors, and there is a void in the ceiling, maximizing the sense of space that is not stuffy.^^ You can see the open night view of Yongsan Station Dragon Hotel from the rooftop. Depending on the weather, the use of the rooftop becomes diverse, and the evening sunset is especially beautiful. ^^ Guest Available Space/Facilities The 4th to 5th floor rooftops can be used independently. Other Precautions It can be used safely by using the upper part alone. However, there may be damage to the lower floors below the 3rd floor, so please be careful not to make noise between floors, especially on the '4th floor'. Also, please refrain from making excessive noise for the sake of your neighbors.
