Hello,
Woodside House is natural mood and comfortable house.
It takes 3 mins by walking from Hongik St. exite 5~7 and right next to the Kyeongin Forest.
My house is 4th floor with stairs(No Elevator). There is 2 rooms, a kitchen , a livingroom, a bathroom and there is one studio (including a small kitchen and a bathroom) and Rooftop.

There is a Nesppresso coffee Machine and provid 1 capsule per one person as a welcome gift. Also, you can enjoy Netflix in my house.

Please follow the below rules.


-Check-in: After 16:00
-Check-out: Until 11:00
-No party (Be quite from 10pm - 8am)
-Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on the reservation status, and if requested at the time of reservation, we will inform you of availability on the day of check-in (extra charge).
- No outsiders allowed (Only booking people can use the facility)
(There is CCTV for the safety inside the building. If there are more people than the number of reservations, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 won per person and day will be charged for the penalty)
-Pets are not allowed (reimbursement is required in case of damage or damage)
-No smoking in the house or building (100,000 won when smoking is detected)
