Please treat it with respect. All products are absolutely prohibited from being taken out or moved, and compensation must be paid in case of damage, damage, or loss. In case of any damage or contamination, please let us know. - The floor is weak against dents or scratches. It may be cumbersome, but I would appreciate it if you could lift and move the carrier instead of dragging it on the floor when entering and leaving the room. You must compensate for scratches or marks caused by the user's negligence. - Tape on the wall is prohibited. Be careful as the wall may come off if you stick the tape! - Commercial shooting without prior consultation is not allowed, and you will be immediately removed without refund. - Of course, wearing shoes indoors is prohibited. - Although it is a space where you can cook, cooking food with a strong smell or a lot of oil, such as fish, meat, fried food, and soybean paste, is strictly prohibited. Please use it cleanly with affection. - Bringing in grills, charcoal, electric heaters, etc. that customers bring personally is prohibited. If caught, you will be immediately removed from the room. - Seowoljae is a non-smoking area. Smoking indoors and on the veranda is prohibited. A smoke alarm will sound if you smoke. - If you leave the window open without an insect screen, insects may enter, so be sure to close the screen. - We do not take responsibility for any accidents that occur due to customer carelessness, so please be aware of door locks and accidents. - CCTV is installed at the entrance to the outside entrance for safety and crime prevention.

Seowoljae - Modern house with mountain and hanok

Seowoljae is located a few steps away from Gyeongbokgung Station. (3-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station) An old house built in the 1980s was tastefully remodeled, and it is a space where modern comfort and Korean sentiment harmonize. It is good to see Bugaksan Mountain and hanok roof tiles through the large window of the main space. In winter, the snow piled up gently, and the sunset is so pretty when the sun goes down. In addition, it is located on the opposite side of the central commercial district, so you can conveniently explore the charming neighborhood of Seochon without too much fuss. Seowoljae is separated into two spaces. Heading forward from the front door leads to the living room, main bedroom and kitchen. There is a generously sized dining table and two queen size beds. Head to the hallway on the left and you'll find another room with a gallery. With a beam projector and an easy-to-roll-out sofa bed, you can enjoy a comfortable rest. * There is a paid parking lot right next to the accommodation, and free parking is not available.
