[No parties/noise] It's a really quiet residential area. This is not a suitable accommodation if you enjoy parties or excessive drinking. Please be absolutely quiet after 10pm. We have a good relationship with the neighboring households and are operating after receiving their consent, so in case of noise, the host is immediately contacted. In case of noise complaints, you will be removed from the room without refund. [Check-in/check-out] Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. When entering the room after 10pm, please come in quietly so as not to disturb the neighbors. [Non-smoking] Please absolutely no smoking. Please do not smoke on the balcony and in front of the villa building! If smoking is caught, you may be liable for contamination of bedding/wallpaper. [Outside access] Non-face-to-face check-in is performed through the CCTV at the entrance. You can rest assured that only the entrance is illuminated. Only up to the number of reserved guests can enter, so if there are guests who have not been pre-arranged, they will be removed without refund. [Dishes and separate collection] Please wash the dishes and separate collection after use? If you place food waste bags and sorted collection bubbles inside the house, we will take care of them after you leave the room. [Contamination and damage] If contamination/damage occurs while using the accommodation, please contact us by message. Contamination/damage confirmed after check-out will incur compensation costs without consultation. [Others] - This accommodation is not suitable for children due to furniture/props, etc. (Available for ages 12 and over). - Pets are not allowed. - Parking is not allowed. - Commercial shooting is possible, but please notify us in advance. -If you need ventilation, open the balcony and room windows. For privacy reasons, the windows in the living room are blocked. - Please turn off the boiler (hot water), lights, and air conditioner when checking out.
