1)내부 & 건물 자체
a) 내부는 깨끗했어요. 부엌에 수세미랑 행주등도 새것으로 구비해두시고 세심하게 신경 쓰꼈다고 느낍니다. 샴푸등 비누도 있었고 수건도 있었습다. 무엇보다 예쁘게 꾸며져 있고 향기도 납니다.
b) 건물자체로는 오래되지 않은 건물 같아보였습니다. 쓰레기 버리는것도 밑에 바로 있어서 수월했습니다.

2) 접근성, 안전성 및 편의성
a) 접근성으로는 둔촌동역에서 멀지 않고 길을 익히면 가깝게 느껴집니다.
b) 안전성으로는 늦은 밤이 아니라면 다니는데 위험하진 않을것 같습니다.
c) 근처에 편의점도 있고 다양한 커피숍 및 마트, 시장이 있어 편리합니다.
