1. My house has a terrace in a large space. You have to use the terrace barefoot, and if you use the terrace dirty, such as food, you may incur additional cleaning costs. Please pay special attention to the high cost of cleaning the terrace, so you can charge the guest a high cost of cleaning.

2. The terrace may not be available in case of rain or when it is scheduled to rain according to the weather forecast.

3. For the neighboring residents, please give me a quiet and light chat in the terrace space.

4. Please be aware of safety to prevent accidents on the terrace.

1 Feel free to use the house with your party, but be careful of music or noise that is too loud or out of common sense after 10 p.m. for your neighbors.

2 All spaces are non-smoking. If you smoke, the fire alarm may go off.

3 Recycling, general, and food waste bags and trash cans are prepared, so please separate them.

Seoul Station, the center of transportation, is a 3-minute walk away, and there are no hills or stairs on the way, and there is a wide elevator, so it has the best conditions for visiting with heavy luggage.

A large supermarket (Lotte Mart), outlets, etc. are all within a 5-minute walk, and there is a convenience store within 30 seconds, and there are several cute cafes and various restaurants around our place.

You can easily access Seoul's attractions by public transportation.

It is a new building less than 3 months old, and our place is completely filled with new and clean furniture and objects.

Cleanliness is the top priority like our newlywed house, taking care of the space with full sincerity, disinfecting it every day, and always replacing bedding and towels.

It consists of a living room, two bedrooms (two queen-sized beds), a kitchen, bathroom, spacious terrace space, and public rooftop space, with supplies for long/short stays.

In the living room, there is a sofa and a smart TV for three to four people to rest. (TV offers Netflix and YouTube for free. However, we do not provide regular broadcasting.)

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and provides hotel bedding.

We have plenty of basic tools and tableware to enjoy simple dishes, wine, and more for an atmospheric dinner.
