(Up to 4 people) ** My hobby is woodworking, so I made my own sofa out of Japanese zelkova wood. The floor was laid with a bed mattress to make it soft. ** It is located a 3-minute walk from Samsong Station on Subway Line 3, and offers a view of the Changneung Stream from the 28th floor. If you wish, we also rent bicycles (deposit required) so you can take a walk or ride along the Changneungcheon Stream. It is a residential-commercial complex apartment located within walking distance of the large shopping mall Starfield and equipped with convenient facilities such as convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. ** We will operate it as a safe and clean accommodation so that your family/friends can have a happy and comfortable stay.
