House rules

- All items within the premises are managed through a "Before & After
Checklist." If any contamination or damage occurs during your stay,
please discuss it with the host via message.

- This building is completely non-smoking.
A penalty of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking.
We also kindly ask you to refrain from using electronic cigarettes.

- Please avoid eating on fabric surfaces.
Compensation costs may be claimed in the event of stains on beds or
rugs.

- We ask for your consideration regarding excessive noise.
Being a multi-family dwelling, the property is sensitive to noise.
Please try to keep quiet after 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors.
We specifically request caution against loud footsteps.
✓ If noise is made after 11 PM, you may receive a visit or contact from
us.

- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
After using the restroom, sanitary pads and other waste should be
disposed of in the separate bin provided in the bathroom.
Food scraps, tissues, wet wipes should not be flushed down the toilet.
If the toilet gets blocked, the full cost of repairs will be charged,
and the minimum cost is 100,000 KRW.


- The kitchen is available for simple cooking, but we kindly request
you refrain from cooking food that has a strong smell or is oily.

- Please dispose of any leftover food in the food waste bin.
If the sink gets blocked, the full cost of repairs will be charged,
and the minimum cost is 100,000 KRW.


- After usage, we ask for your help with simple dishwashing and waste
sorting! (Paper, plastic, general waste)
