Description
Located in a quiet residential area, a five-minute walk from Gwangalli Beach, Weed Gwangan.
On the way to the beach, there are hot ppl such as small cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, so it is fun to watch.
It is an old house with a yard of 53 pyeong and is pleasant to use alone.
I'm going to decorate the yard with my favorite space.
I don't just sell accommodation, but I hope it will be a warm place where my heart is conveyed.

House Rule
---Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Self-check-in is possible freely from 4 PM. ---If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will confirm and assist you. ---The number of guests exceeding reservations on the day of check-in and the number of visitors are restricted. ---CCTV is installed outside. There is no CCTV inside, so you can rest assured. ---Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please quit smoking in a designated area outside. ---Pets are not allowed. ---Our accommodation is a self-catering space. Induction is available. We prepared plenty of dishes. ---Please wash and organize the used dishes and cooking utensils before checking out. Please do not put spoons, knives, etc. in the drawer with any moisture remaining. ---Please refrain from eating food on the bed. ---For the next guest, please refrain from eating food with strong odors (spicy stew, grilled fish, grilled pork belly, etc.) on the day you check out. ---Please treat everything in the space with care as you will be required to compensate for loss or damage to furnishings and facilities. ---As this is a house with a yard, bugs may occasionally appear. Refunds are not possible due to the appearance of bugs. I also regularly disinfect bugs, but due to the nature of the house, it is difficult to completely eradicate them. In particular, if you leave the screen or the front door open, bugs may come in, so be sure to close the door immediately. ---Because it is a quiet residential area, neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please enjoy with low noise, refrain from going out in the yard after 9 o'clock, and enjoy indoors.

진짜 모든 게 완벽했던 숙소였습니다. 숙소도 레트로 감성으로 너무 예쁘고 LP도 있습니다. 식기류도 너무 깨끗했고 청소도 완벽했습니다. 사장님이 연락도 잘 되시고 너무너무 친절하셨습니다. 화장실에 어메너티 구비도 너무 잘 되어 있었습니다. 다시 광안리에 묵게 된다면 재방문 의사 1000000%입니다.

컨셉만 레트로가 아니고 진짜 레트로 숙소였는데 진짜 잘 관리되어 있다는 느낌이 들고 깔끔했습니다!! 없는거 없이 다 구비되어 있어서(특히 정수기!!!) 하룻밤 잠자기 딱이었고 너무 쾌적하게 잘 머물다 갑니다!!
