The space is warm and cozy, designed for your comfort. You can even have parties at night and experience the diverse charms of Seoul during both day and night. With the provided vinyl records, immerse yourself in the soulful charm of Seoul while listening to sentimental songs.

- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
(Please inform us in advance if you need to adjust the check-in or check-out time.
An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour may apply.)
- Please dispose of food waste and garbage in the designated trash bins.
- Kindly wash and clean the used dishes and cooking utensils before checking out.
1. Guest Verification and CCTV for Safety Purposes
- CCTV cameras are installed at the external entrance for your safety.
- We do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of valuable items.
- There are no CCTV cameras installed inside the accommodation.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Any additional guests or visitors will incur an extra charge of 50,000 KRW per person.
2. No Smoking
- Stay Seoulful is a smoke-free environment. Smoking indoors will result in a penalty fee of 100,000 KRW.
3. Facility Contamination and Damage Caution
- If there is contamination or damage to the facilities that requires additional cleaning, replacement, or repurchase, the guest will be responsible for the associated costs, loss of business during the closure period, and the accommodation expenses for guests with existing reservations during the closure period.
4. Safety Precautions
- Gas stoves and other convenient facilities are provided for guests' convenience.
- Please exercise caution when using these facilities to prevent accidents, including fire hazards.
- Fire extinguishers, fire detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.
- We do not take responsibility for any accidents caused by guest negligence or improper use of the facilities.
5. Theft Prevention
- Stay Seoulful is equipped with locking devices at the entrance.
- Please ensure that the password for the locking device is not disclosed to others and perform door checks before going to bed.
- We do not take responsibility for any theft incidents caused by guest negligence.

- All illegal activities are strictly prohibited at Stay Seoulful.
- In the event of business closure due to investigation by law enforcement agencies regarding guest illegal activities, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss of business from the guest.
