Stay'ology is located in a quiet residential area in the alley of Songnidan-gil.
I hope this will be a space where you can take a slow, deep breath from the hectic pace of everyday life in the city.
I hope you can feel the true happiness of everyday life in a space that is unfamiliar but similar to your daily life, and take the time to listen a little more to your own stories and each other's stories that you have been indifferent to due to your busy daily life.
This accommodation is for 2-3 people only.
Stayology is a space for guests to relax. As it is located in a quiet residential area, we would like to inform you in advance that reservations for events such as parties that may cause loud noise are not possible.
If you inevitably need to add more people, please send us a message and we will let you know if reservations are possible. (Additional person fees apply)
- Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not possible during guest reception times.
- Gatherings for events and parties are not allowed (no party supplies, balloons, etc. allowed; forced departure if caught)
- Queen bed bedding is provided as standard, and extra bedding will be charged separately if additional bedding is requested.

<Stay'ology User Guide> [Check-in/Check-out] - Self-check-in is provided, and before check-in, we will inform you of the mailbox password where the household entrance card (1 unit), which also serves as a common entrance, is stored. * Please note that a separate fee will be charged if the card key is lost. (Separate fee of 20,000 won) * - Check-in: After 3 PM - Check-out: Before 11 PM * Please observe the check-in/check-out times to welcome the next guest. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. [Parking] - Free parking is available for one car in the building. - Please register your vehicle number via text message before check-in as it is parked outside of the registered vehicle. - Please leave the car when checking out. [Personnel information] - Guests and visitors exceeding the number of reservations are not permitted to enter or stay. - Please be advised that any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Minors without a guardian cannot make reservations or use the facility. - Pets are not allowed in the room. [Fire and Safety] - A fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher are provided in the accommodation (location: entrance). - Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the accommodation. - Fire hazard items cannot be used. - If a fire occurs due to the guest's negligence, compensation costs may be charged. - CCTV is installed in the building for safety, crime prevention, and personnel checking. [Operating Policy and Precautions] - Please treat all items in the space with care. (Separate fees may be charged for damage to or loss of indoor or outdoor property, or contamination of fabric such as bedding, curtains, or sofa.) - If property is damaged or lost due to unavoidable circumstances, please let us know in advance as preparations for the next guest will be required. - It is prohibited to wear indoor slippers when entering the terrace. (Separate slippers for outdoor use are provided.) - When entering the terrace, please leave the inner door open as it has a lock and open and close the outer terrace window. (You may not be able to go back in because it is locked^^;; There is a sign on the terrace door.) - Noise restriction after 10 p.m.: The surrounding area is a quiet residential area, so shouting or loud music late at night may disturb the neighbors. Complaints may arise. In particular, we politely ask you to refrain from making noise late at night in the common areas (corridors) and terraces of the building. - Food with strong smoke and odor (fish, barbecue, fermented soybean paste, fried food, etc.) cannot be cooked in the in-room kitchen. - We are receiving care from a professional quarantine company. Be sure to close the screen and front door to prevent insect intrusion. Refunds due to this are not possible. - Please sort recycling, food waste, and general waste and dispose of them at the back of the parking lot when you check out. - Please briefly wash the kitchen utensils and dishes you used before leaving the room and then place them in the sink. - Seasonal amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) may vary. - To prevent fire, when going out, please turn off all lights and turn off electric heating appliances (induction, hair dryer, electric kettle, electric blanket, etc.). - We are not responsible for any accidents that occur within the accommodation due to the guest's negligence. - The host is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables. - For commercial photography other than accommodation, please discuss in advance. Filming for commercial purposes is not permitted in any space without prior agreement.
