Smoking is only allowed in the ashtray provided in front of the building. If smoking is discovered in the guest room or bathroom, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. (100,000 won) * Bedding is always thoroughly replaced and disinfected after guests check out. * We do not provide bottled water. Please prepare as much as you need. * Bedding designs may change due to laundry. * Be sure to avoid contaminating fabric materials such as bedding and rugs with food or cosmetics. Separate compensation fees may apply for stains that do not disappear after washing. (50,000 won each) * There are 6 stairs in the semi-basement space without an elevator. Please refrain from making a reservation if you have difficulty moving. * Parking is not available in the building. Please use a nearby public parking lot. - Ungubi Public Parking Lot: 55 Gangnam-daero 83-gil (2-minute walk) - Soundproof hill-type public parking lot: 34 Juheung 3-gil (5-minute walk) * There is a CCTV at the entrance for security and to check the number of people. * If there is a reservation right after, the cleaning time is tight. Please understand that an additional fee of 10,000 won per 10 minutes will be charged if the 11 o'clock check-out is delayed. * The number of people using the accommodation includes the number of visitors, not the number of guests, and additional fees may be charged or reservations may be restricted if outsiders enter without prior agreement. ‼️ Located in a residential area.
