Description
It is not a house with a flashy or pretty interior. The biggest strength of our house is the rooftop rooftop. Although it is an old house, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a bus right in front, so transportation is easy. It is located between Top Mart and Daiso within a 2-minute walk, so it is convenient for shopping. It is the largest commercial district in Dongsam-dong, so there are many restaurants and bars.
House Rule
Smoking is absolutely prohibited. Smoking must be done outside the building on the first floor. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to leave immediately and a recovery fee will be charged. This also applies to all illegal activities. Minors may use the facility only when accompanied by a legal guardian. You must notify us in advance when using the items in the space, additional fees may apply, and costs will be charged in case of damage or malfunction.
