［Ro-un house] is a space decorated with a cozy hardwood & white kitchen and bathroom with a subtle peach & blue-style room.
※It takes 8-10 minutes on foot from Exit 5 of Nakseongdae Station and 10 minutes on foot if you get off at Nakseongdae Entrance when using the airport bus 6017.
Please note that some hills and accommodations on the way come down about half a floor from the entrance to the house :)
※ Noise is absolutely impossible as it is a densely populated residential area.
It is an unfit accommodation for parties and gatherings for loud noise purposes.

1. Please keep the check-out time.
Cleaning begins immediately after the check-out time, so please contact us in advance if the check-out is delayed.
2. Smoking in the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
(A special cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking in the accommodation and you will be checked out.)
3. Please pay attention to the noise
It is a densely populated area of residential areas.

4. All props and items in the accommodation are managed by video at check-in/check-out.

1. 퇴실시간을 지켜주세요.
퇴실시간 후 청소가 바로 시작되므로 퇴실이 늦어질 시 미리 연락부탁드립니다.

(숙소안에서 흡연할 시 특수 청소비용 100,000원이 부과되며 퇴실조치를 취합니다.)
3. 소음에 주의해주세요
주택가가 밀집된 지역입니다.
이웃에게 피해가 갈 수 있는 소음은 주의해주세요
(바로 민원이 들어옵니다)
4. 숙소에 있는 모든 소품과 물품들은 체크인/체크아웃 시에 동영상으로 관리하고 있습니다.
혹시나 문제가 생길 시 꼭 호스트와 소통해주세요^^
(체크아웃 이후 오염, 파손, 분실 확인 시 배상 비용이 발생합니다.)
5. 침구위에서 취식을 금합니다
(오염 발생 시 별도의 세탁비 50,000원이 청구됩니다)
그외 숙소 내에서 염색금지, 애완동물 동반 불가, 냄새가 심한 음식조리 불가합니다.(다음 게스트가 오기전까지 빠지지 않을 정도의 냄새)

문열었을때 등이 켜져있어서 따뜻하고 포근한 느낌이 좋았어요!
숙소도 깔끔하고 예뻐서 아이들도 좋아했답니다!
걸어서 2-3분 거리에 공영주차장이있어 주차도 어렵지 않았고 편의점도 가까이 있어서 모든 면에서 편하게 잘 지내다가 왔습니다.

호스트는 매우 친절했고, 부족함이 없었습니다.
