House Rules - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. - Parking is available for up to 9 cars - You can use the lawn terrace as much as you like, but please be careful about fires caused by smoking, etc. - If you would like to check in early, please contact us in advance and we will assist you. - The number of guests exceeding reservations on the day of check-in and the number of visitors are restricted. - CCTV is installed outside. (You can rest assured that there is no CCTV inside.) - Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please quit smoking in a designated area outside. - Pets are not allowed. - Our accommodation is a self-catering space. Induction, outdoor burners, and barbecue grills are available. We prepared plenty of dishes. - Please dispose of used dishes, cooking utensils, and various trash in a designated area before checking out. (Please do not put spoons, knives, etc. in the drawer with any moisture remaining.) - Please refrain from eating food (fruit, snacks, etc.) on the bed. - For the next guest, please refrain from eating food with a strong smell on the day you check out. - Please treat everything in the space with care as you will be responsible for compensation for loss or damage to furnishings, facilities, appliances/furniture. -As this is a house with a yard, bugs may occasionally appear. Refunds are not possible due to the appearance of bugs. We regularly disinfect bugs, but due to the nature of houses with yards, it is difficult to completely eradicate them. In particular, if you leave the screen or the front door open, insects may come in, so be sure to close the door immediately.
