Our accommodation is very convenient for transportation, making it easy to travel not only to Jamsil but also to the Gangnam and Gangbuk areas, and is only one stop away from Suseo SRT Station, making it convenient for people coming from outside the region to stay. It is very convenient as restaurants, cafes, parks, convenience stores, hospitals, and pharmacies are nearby. Using public transportation, you can travel to Jamsil, Lotte World, Lotte Tower, and Olympic Park Concert Hall in about 15 minutes.
House Rule
1. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the accommodation, and pets are not allowed. 2. As the surrounding area is a residential area, you may be forcibly evicted if you make noise or cause a disturbance after 9 p.m. 3. Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors, such as pork belly or grilled fish, for the benefit of the next traveler. Washing dishes after cooking is essential. 4. Food waste must be placed in a food trash can, and when checking out, tie the pay-as-you-go bag properly and dispose of it in the public food trash can in front of the entrance on the 1st floor. 5. When using the restroom, putting wet tissues, sanitary napkins, or food, etc., other than toilet paper, into the toilet can cause the toilet to become clogged, which can cause damage to the entire building. Please note that the guest may be held liable for compensation if construction costs arise as a result. 6. When going out, please turn off all electronic appliances such as air conditioners, heating, induction, TV, etc., as they may cause fire. 7. If you are caught exceeding the reservation number, you will be asked to leave. 8. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, so please prepare them in advance and place used towels in the basket in front of the bathroom. 9. Please observe the check-out time. 편안하고 아늑한 숙소였어요. 주변에 즐길거리까지 도보 및 대중교통으로 쉽게 접근 가능하였답니다. 주변에 공원이 있어서 조용하게 지내다 갔던 것 같아요~^^ 그리고 편의 물품들이 잘 제공되어서 너무 편했답니다.
