솔직후기 들어갑니다.

1. 매우 만족하는 점
숙소의 위치, 인근 근린시설, 운영자 분의 신속한 응답, 채광 양호(반지하임에도), 수압 양호, 침구상태 양호(에어컨 있는 방의 침구).
방의 갯수 2개 인 점(저희는 1개만 사용, 친구나 다른 가족 동반시 좋을듯)
수건 뽀송함, 조용하고 안락한 분위기

2. 아쉬운 점(불가항적인 부분):
집 구조상 욕실 크기 매우 작음(샤워 간신히 함, 변기사용시 앞 공간 부족으로 무릎이 끼어 90도 옆으로 앉아 사용)

3. 개선 사항(노력 필요):
전체적 청소, 위생상태는 꼭 점검바랍니다.
에어컨 날개에 묵은 때가 검게 끼어있고 씽크대, 타일, 욕실 , 변기 등 물 때, 방 바닥이 더러운 점
(락스로 청소 한번 하시면 개선될듯 합니다)

동행한 아들 건강을 위해, 제 스스로 청소 후 입실함(운영자께서 청소비 반환해주심)-친절하게 응대 해주신 부분 매우 만족

제 개인 사정 상 행사 참여로 다급히 저렴한? 곳을 찾다가 구했기에 불만을 갖기보다는 숙소를 구했다는 것으로 감사한 마음으로 쓸고 닦아가며 2박 이용

위생 부분에서 더 나은 환경을 제공해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 신속하고 친절한 답변을 해주시는 운영자분의 모습으로 보아 꼭 그렇게 해주실 분들 일 것 같다는 믿음으로 솔직후기를 씁니다.

Here is an honest review. 1. Very satisfied points: location of the accommodation, nearby facilities, quick response from the manager, good lighting (even though it is semi-basement), good water pressure, good bedding (bedding in an air-conditioned room). There are only 2 rooms (we only used 1, but it would be good if you are with friends or other family members). Fluffy towels, quiet and comfortable atmosphere. 2. Disappointing points (forced error): The bathroom is very small due to the structure of the house (barely able to shower, when using the toilet, you have to sit at a 90-degree angle to the side with your knees caught due to the lack of space in front). 3. Improvement points (needs effort): Please definitely check the overall cleaning and hygiene. The air conditioner blades were covered in black grime, and the sink, tiles, bathroom, and toilet were dirty. The floor of the room was dirty (I think it will improve if you clean it with Lux once). For the health of my son who accompanied me, I cleaned and checked in myself (the operator refunded the cleaning fee). I was very satisfied with the kind service. Since I was looking for a cheap place in a hurry to participate in an event due to personal circumstances, I found it instead of complaining. I think it would be good to sweep and clean with a grateful heart for finding a place to stay and provide a better sanitary environment for my 2-night stay. And judging from the way the operator responded quickly and kindly, I believe that they are the ones who will definitely do that, so I am writing an honest review.

행당역 지하철 역에서 찾아오시는게 제일 편할거에요 저희는 근처 주차장에 차 대고 걸어갔는데 언덕이 많은 주택가 지나가야해서 좀 애먹었네요 ㅜ 호스트님이 연락을 거의 실시간으로 답장해주셔서 편했어요. 반지하지만 관리 잘돼있고 침구가 엄청 편해요. 화장실은 작아서 샤워는 좀 힘들것같고 저희는 싱크대쪽에서 세수양치만 하고 잤어요 여러명이서 잠 편하게 잘곳 필요하신분들 강추합니당

It would be easiest to come from the Haengdang subway station. We parked our car in a nearby parking lot and walked, but it was a bit difficult as we had to pass through a hilly residential area. The host responded to our calls almost in real time, so it was convenient. Although it is small, it is well maintained and the bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is small, so taking a shower would be a bit difficult, so we only washed our faces and brushed our teeth near the sink and slept. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a comfortable place to sleep for several people.
