Description
This is a comfortable accommodation with a warm and peaceful sensibility located in a residential area in downtown Seoul, a 10-minute walk from Exit 3 of Mapo-gu Office Station (Line 6). This accommodation is located in the best location for easy access to shopping, performances, concerts, soccer games, and other things to see and do, as well as the crowded Hongdae, Hapjeong-dong, Yeonnam-dong, Mangwon-dong, Sangam World Cup Stadium, Haneul Park, and Mangwon Hangang Riverside. This is a newly opened lodging where the entire house was remodeled in June 2024. With the help of my two daughters, who are majoring in art, and my husband, who is deeply versed in architecture, we created the best resting space. I hope you can stop your daily clock here for a moment and make happy memories.~^^~.
House Rule
1. Be sure to take off your shoes indoors and do not smoke. 2. Due to security and quarantine issues, only those who have made a reservation are permitted to enter. 3. After using the remote control (air conditioner - living room wall, TV and beam projector - living room table), put them back in place. 4 When going out in the summer, be sure to press the power (off) button on the air conditioner. When you enter the room, press the power (on) button again to activate. 5. When going out in winter, be sure to press the [Heating Out] button on the boiler thermostat. After re-entering the room, press the [Heating Out] button twice and then adjust the temperature (+, -). 6. When using the washing machine, please put only one liquid detergent (in the third drawer on the right side of the sink). Excessive use may cause malfunction. 7. The clothes drying rack is behind the mirror in the small room. If you need to use a dryer, you can use a coin laundry near your accommodation. 8. When showering in the bathroom, be sure to close the shower curtain. Be careful not to get the tissues wet. 9. The provided toilet paper is a material that can be placed in the toilet after use and flushed, but please be careful as putting too much in may clog the pipes. 10. Never put other items such as sanitary products, wet tissues, food waste, etc. in the toilet. 11. You cannot cook food with a strong smell, such as grilling meat, grilling fish, or fermented soybean paste, in the kitchen. The smell will permeate the furniture and wallpaper, causing great harm to the next guests. 12. Bags for general waste and food waste are provided (in the first drawer on the right side of the sink), so please wash dishes and separate waste when leaving the room.

조용하고 청결했습니다. 세면도구도 다 챙겨갔었는데 칫솔부터 면도기까지 구비를 해두셨더라구요. 수건이나 그릇, 다른 먹거리나 음료까지 구비해두셔서 부족함 없이 잘 지내다왔습니다. 침구류도 편했고 예쁘게 잘 꾸며두셔서 다음에도 기회가 되면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

숙소대박!! 편리함이 호텔급입니다. 사장님의 섬세함과 배려로 2박 3일 너무 편안하고 행복하게 보냈어요^^차려주신 라면과 간식거리&각종 커피류, 종류별 헤어소품, 간편하게 처치가능한 의료상자, 잠자기전 맥주등등~~가성비 무한대 갑갑갑!!! 너무 감사했어요^^

너어어어무 깨끗하고 티비도 크고 침구도 너무 좋았어요! 접근성도 굉장히 좋고 주변에 편의점도 가까워요. 너무 좋은 곳이었습니다. 없는게 없을 정도로 필요한게 거의 다 있었어요. 다음에 또 갈 수 있으면 좋겠어요!!
