Description
Rosie's House is a quiet and cozy accommodation in Gangnam. - Located 5 minutes away from Gangnam Station's Shinbundang Line, it is easy to access major tourist attractions in Seoul by subway and bus. - There are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and various delicious restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. - You can enjoy Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. on the 55-inch TV. - Up to 4 people can stay in the room, and 1 queen bed, 1 super single bed, and 1 topper are provided. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee machine (capsules provided), microwave, and induction stove.
House Rule
- There is one queen bed and one single bed in the accommodation. (When making a reservation for 2 people, please use only the queen bed.) - When making a reservation for 4 people, a floor topper is provided, and a folding dining chair is provided. - Additional fees will be charged if guests stay outside of the reservation. - No pets allowed (100,000 Won cleaning fee charged if caught) - No smoking in the accommodation (200,000 Won charged if caught smoking) - When putting wet tissues or feminine products into the toilet, water flows back and repair fees are incurred due to breakdown of septic tank equipment. (Repair fee of 300,000 won will be charged in the event of a breakdown) - Separate recycling bins are provided in the accommodation. (Plastic, bottles, and cans can be placed in the separate recycling bin at the same time.) - Shoes are not allowed in the accommodation. (If caught, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged.) ** Even though it is a prison and has been quarantined, bugs may appear. Cancellation of accommodation due to bugs is not possible.**

숙소에 문열고 들어오자마자 포근한 향기가 너무 좋고 기분이 진짜 좋아지고 룸 컨디셔닝도 너무 좋고 정말 깨끗하고 너무 완벽했습니다. 침대도 너무 편하고 퀸 침대가 2개나 있고 예민한 편인데 개운하게 잘잔거같아요. 커피에 차 과자등 호스트님께서 세심하게 챙겨주시고 맛집리스트까지 공유해주시고 너무 좋았어요! 또 다시 한번 나중에 기회가 된다면 또 이용해보고 싶을정도로 마음에 쏙 들었습니다. 머무는 동안 기분좋게 편안하게 쉬다가 가는거 같아요. 정말 감사합니다. 완벽했어요. 최고!
