You will be able to gift yourself a healing time with music, walks, books, and the sea. While staying here, you will be able to enjoy Haeundae Beach on foot, take a leisurely stroll around Dongbaek Island, enjoy the night view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and experience a variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. For those of you who decide to stay for a while to cool off, do some work, or just love music like us, we have prepared a variety of music players including cassettes, CDs, and LPs!! House Rule

1. Additional people other than the standard number of people cannot be used or re-rented. 2. Strict waste separation (recyclable/general and food items use volume-based waste collection facilities on the 1st floor) 3. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioners, and boilers when going out. 4. Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors/pets are not allowed. 5. Do not move the fixtures arbitrarily and be careful of damage. 6. Do not throw foreign substances (food, etc.) into the bathroom toilet. 7. Do not use items that pose a fire risk. 8. Actions that cause harm to nearby residents (noise, odor, etc.) are prohibited. 9. The door password cannot be changed arbitrarily. 10. Actual expenses will be charged (deposit will be deducted first) for damage to equipment or malfunction due to user negligence.

  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.

The cleaning fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
The service fee is refundable only for cancellations made before the check-in time or check-in.
If service fees are refundable, they will be refunded according to the percentage set by the cancellation policy.
The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.
