Description
Hello, this is a cozy accommodation located in Cheongpa-dong, Yongsan-gu. We are close to Yongsan Station and Seoul Station. It is also close to Sookmyung Women's University Station (Line 4) and Namyeong Station (Line 1). There are many bus lines nearby, so you can easily get anywhere in Seoul. If you are looking for cozy accommodation and a comfortable trip in Seoul, choose our accommodation.
House Rule
Rules of Use - Do not throw away tissues or food in the toilet (If the toilet is clogged, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged) - Absolutely no smoking inside/outside the room! In case of violation, a room cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged, and the district office may contact you directly to claim the penalty. (If the fire alarm, carbon dioxide detector, or automatic fire extinguisher is activated due to smoking, you will be asked to leave without a refund and be charged for repair costs) - Cooking with strong smells and smoke that poses a fire hazard (pork belly, barbecue, grilled fish, seafood, fried foods using oil, etc.) - Please be careful of loud noises after 9 PM as the space between neighboring units is close. (Parties such as shouting and loud music are prohibited, and if reports or complaints are made after the designated time, you will be asked to leave without a refund) - Compensation may be requested for damage/destruction of internal facilities. - Pets are not allowed. - Please keep the air conditioner at an appropriate temperature of 25-26 degrees in the summer, and the boiler at 25-26 degrees in the winter. - Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner/boiler when going out. - No walking around with shoes on in the room (special cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged) - No eating on the bed (if bedding is contaminated, a laundry and replacement fee will be charged) - No dyeing in the accommodation (if bedding, towels, bathroom tiles, or sink are contaminated, a fee will be charged) - No visiting or staying with outsiders other than the quota of 2 people, and no entry to the accommodation by outsiders other than the number of people reserved. - Use of all flammable substances indoors and outdoors (candles, incense, firecrackers, fireworks) Separate recycling - Please put food waste in the food waste bags provided. - Separate general waste into the trash can and recyclable waste into the recycling bin. - If the trash can is full during your stay or when you check out, please throw away general waste, recyclable waste, and food waste in the trash can on the main road.
