예약 확정 후 중복 예약이라며 일방적으로 취소 통보를 받았습니다. 고객센터에 연락하니 다시 이용 가능하다고 했지만, 이미 기분이 좋지 않았습니다.
이 문제로 늦은 퇴실(오후 5시까지)을 약속받았으나, 중간에 연락 와서 그런 적 없다며 “청소해야 하니 빨리 나가라”는 황당한 말을 들었습니다.
객실에 비치된 오설록 티는 유통기한이 무려 3년이나 지난 제품이었고, 세탁기는 작동하지 않았습니다.
콘센트 전기도 불안정해서 전원이 계속 꺼져 사용하는 데 불편이 많았습니다.

다만, 객실 자체는 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었습니다.
