Welcome to B.B. House! I hope you have a lot of comfortable and happy things during your stay here.
★B.B house has recently been remodeled and is clean and cozy. And it's close to the station and in a quiet residential area, so it's good to relax.
★Sinsa Station 3 minutes, Shinbundang Line 3 minutes, Nonhyeon Station 5 minutes!You can move to Jamsil, Itaewon, Gangnam at once
★ Above all, you can take a limousine bus from Incheon Airport and come all at once! (3 min to the hotel and bus stop)(bus-6009)
❤️ My house is a semi-basement that goes down six compartments, but it is a place with good sunlight and good ventilation.
❤️ Our accommodation is a private space, not shared.

- MTR: Line 3 (Sinsa Station), Line 7 (Nonhyeon Station), and Shinbundang Line (Sinsa Station)
- BUS: You can move to Apgujeong, Gangnam, Itaewon, Jongno, Myeongdong, Seoul Station, etc. in 10-30 minutes at a time
- WALK: Garosu-gil, convenience stores, nearby restaurants, plastic surgery clinics, etc

Parking in the building is not allowed. There are two paid parking lots right under the house 30 seconds away.
-Room1: Queen bed, table for 4 people, smart TV (you can watch Netflix), air conditioner, air purifier, hotel type bedding
-Room 2: Queen bed, hanger, air conditioner, medicine, hotel type bedding
- Kitchen: oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper powder, pot, frying pen, cooking utensils, highlighter, electric pot, refrigerator, microwave, bowl, spoon, chopsticks, fire extinguisher, etc
- Toilet: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, hair dryer, comb, rubber band, foam cleanser, cotton swab, cotton
- Veranda: Washing machine, dryer, detergent

· For the safety of customers, the password is changed every time and we inform you when checking in.
⭐If you check in early, please let me know in advance and I will help you.
⭐ All indoor areas are non-smoking.
⭐ Companion animals are not allowed.
⭐Receiving complaints and reports due to noise may be checked out without a refund.
⭐ Please be quiet after 10 p.m.

⭐You have to climb the low hill for about 30 seconds.
House Rule
⭐Please refer to the following accommodation rules while staying at the accommodation.
0. Please stick to the number of people you have reserved.
1. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
2. Please keep the room clean. Damage, contamination and/or loss of building or household items will be subject to a corresponding fee.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Please do not engage in illegal activities in the guest room.
5. When entering or leaving the accommodation, please be quiet in common areas such as hallways. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Please be careful. Please keep your room clean. Depending on the noise complaint, you may report it to the police, and if a complaint or report is received, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund.
6. Please be quiet after 10pm.(Please turn the TV and music volume down to 20 after 10 o'clock!)
7. Please finish laundry before 10 o'clock.
8. When leaving, be sure to lock the door and turn off the air conditioner, lights, and other home appliances.
9. If any items or bedding in the accommodation are damaged or contaminated, repair costs will be charged. Please use it carefully :)
10. Please refrain from cooking indoors that emits a lot of odor or involves a lot of oil.
After cooking, be sure! MUST! MUST! Please provide ventilation.

숙소 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓어서 좋았습니다!
전체적으로 조용하고 살짝 언덕이 있지만 대로변에 가까워서 움직이기도 숙소 찾기도 좋았어요.

이틀동안 너무 편하게 왔다갔다 했습니다

친구들이랑 강남 근처에서 1박 하려고 찾다가 숙소 컨디션도 괜찮아 보이고 접근성도 편해서 골랐는데 정말 후회없는 선택이었습니다 !! 정말 너무너무 청결하고 예쁘게 잘 꾸며진 숙소와 호스트님이 세심하고 꼼꼼하게 투숙객을 생각해서 준비하심이 느껴진 어메니티들까지👍🏻👍🏻 그리고 무엇보다 호스트님이 친절하시고 피드백 및 연락이 정말 너무 잘 되어서 만족했습니다 :) 친구들도 방 너무 잘 구했다고 칭찬해줬어요 ㅎㅎ 비록 하루였지만 정말 만족하고 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 !!

엄청 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있는 느낌이었습니다. 주인뷴이 연락도 빠르게 해주셨습니다. 각 종 이용할 수 있는 것들에 사용 설명이 잘 붙어있어 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 재방문 의사가 가득 있습니다!!
