Welcome to Thirteendal :) Our accommodation is located an 8-minute walk from Mia Sageori Station in Seoul. Mia-dong, where the accommodation is located, is an accommodation for adventurous travelers who pursue eco-friendly travel with a dream of North Seoul nearby. >Things that Thirteen House considers important< Security There is a supplementary door at the entrance to the accommodation, and CCTV is installed on the first floor of the entrance for security, so you can use it with peace of mind. Because the accommodation has a veranda, we regularly disinfect it to control the influx of bugs. All safety devices such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and flashlights are provided indoors. Cleanliness Cleanliness is the most important aspect of accommodation. Of course, bedding and towels are replaced with new ones every time, and bedding is maintained by drying in an electric dryer or natural shade. Transportation The accommodation is located an 8-minute walk from Mia Intersection Station. It's about 5 minutes on a gentle road and 3 minutes on a slightly steep hill. Parking is available at a parking lot in the complex, so one car can be parked. Space The accommodation measures approximately 35 m2. 1 bedroom - Queen size bed (2 people in the 2-person bed will be provided with a silk topper and blanket.) 1 room - Dining space Kitchen - Induction stove, cooking utensils, 4-serving utensils, basic seasoning (sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil) , vinegar, soy sauce), small refrigerator, microwave, bathroom/toilet, TERRACE You can grill meat on the terrace. However, please use it cleanly. This space can accommodate up to 4 people. (Exceeding the number of people is not allowed.) Home appliances include Netflix (free), Disney, YouTube, Tivoli Bluetooth, washing machine, hair dryer, and air conditioner. North Seoul Dream Forest is nearby, so we hope you can get away from the headaches of everyday life and heal.
House Rule
⟡Check-in instructions⟡ - Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM - Please be quiet about the noise after 11:00 PM. Conversation is possible, but partying is difficult! Please be considerate of the neighbors you live with. If you party after 11pm, the noise can be heard even outside the house. - Please refrain from using the veranda after 10 p.m. - Please take off your shoes indoors - Please close the insect screen to prevent insects from entering. - Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors. (The fire alarm may sound) - Hair dyeing is prohibited indoors. - Cooking pork belly, seafood, etc. is not allowed indoors - Simple grilling of meat is possible on the terrace. - You cannot enter with pets. - Separate compensation costs may apply if contamination occurs on bedding, etc. that cannot be washed. ⟡You will be notified of your password via text message before check-in. The password is the last digit of the guest's cell phone number. You can enter by pressing the star on the number key and pressing the last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

급하게 구했던 숙소라 걱정이 많았는데 깨끗하고 편안해서 잘 쉬다 왔어요!
멀티탭, 충전기, 수건, 주방용품 등등 기본적인 물품들 세심하게 구비되어 있어서 괜히 바리바리 싸갔나 싶었어요. ㅎㅎ 혹시나 해서 방향제도 챙겨갔는데 너무 쾌적해서 쓸 일이 없더라고요.
주변에 백화점, 편의점, 카페 등 걸어서 5~10분 거리 안에 다 있어서 위치도 너무 만족했습니다. 궁금한 점도 바로 답변 주셔서 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 갑니다!Oct 2024 -

우선 들어갔을때 부터 은은한게 향이 나서 좋았어요
8개월짜리 애기랑 간거라 아무래도 청결이 좀 중요했는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다.
요청사항도 잘 들어주셨구요.
요즘 같은 날씨에 테라스가 있으니 펜션온 기분도 들고 아주 좋았습니다.

청결을 생각하시는 분들께 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 분위기도 무척 좋고, 아늑하고, 실내에는 방향제 향기가 가득해서 기분이 편안해졌어요. 여러모로 호스트님이 신경을 많이 써서 청소하신 티가 나는 집이었고, 바깥 테라스도 무척 편안해서 집에서 호캉스를 즐겨도 좋을 것 같았습니다. 요청사항이 있었는데 따로 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사드렸고, 문의사항도 아주 빠르게 확인해 주셨습니다. 쓰레기 분리수거도 쉽고 편했습니다. 테라스 이용 시, 계절에 따라 문 여닫으면서 벌레가 실내에 들어오는 것 같습니다. 침대 옆에 모기향이 준비되어 있어서 수면 시 켜 두면 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 역에서는 딱 도보 10분 소요되며, 짐이 많을 경우를 제외하면 위치도 괜찮다 싶었습니다. 덕분에 편안하게 머물다 갑니다.

급하게 가성비 있는 숙소 검색하다 예약하게 됐는대 호스트분이 응대를 빠르게 해주셔서 일정 차질없이 진행했습니다. 후기가 많지는 않아서 저도 반신반의했는대 다른분들 글처럼 엄청깨끗하고 인테리어도 너무 이쁘네요. 다음에 가을쯤에 테라스도 이용해보고 싶네요

우선 테라스있다고해서 서울에서 테라스에서 고기를 구어먹을수 있는 감성적인 숙소구나 생각해서 예약을하게됐고역시 예상대로 감성충만한 숙소였습니다
불편한거 없이 물건들이랑 식기류등 다구비되어 있어고
캠핑에서나 볼수있는 구이바다가 있더라구요 구이바다에 펀하게 고기도 구어먹었습니다
동네는 전체적으로 조용해서 좋았습니다
인테리어도 너무 이뻤습니다
