1. Check-out time is 11 o'clock. (Additional charges will apply in case of delay. 10,000 won per hour) 2. All areas of the room are non-smoking. Items that pose a risk of fire are prohibited in the guest room. 5. Please refrain from cooking dishes with excessive odor (e.g. grilled fish, fish preparation, meat, etc. with oil splatter) indoors. 6. Be sure to turn on the hood when cooking food!! 7. Please place used towels in the laundry basket. 8. It is in a residential area. Please do not make too much noise after 9pm. (If a complaint arises due to loud noises or drinking parties late at night, we will ask you to leave the room without refund, no matter how early in the morning. 9. Please keep the indoor temperature between 24 and 26 degrees when using the boiler. 9. You are responsible for any damage or loss of any product. Please note that we may charge you for product compensation. (Please let us know if there are any damaged or broken items for the next guest!!) 10. Please clean up and separate items before leaving. Please turn off the air conditioning and electric appliances. 12. The wallpaper and bedding are white, so please be careful. 13. Do not use white towels to wipe away foreign substances, such as red wine or cola. 14. Please drain food waste in the food waste bin, close the lid tightly, and place it outside the front door. Separate recycling waste by type in the recycling bin under the entrance stairs. For your safety and security, please do not answer the door if a stranger knocks and please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

    서울에 공연 보러 가는데 숙소가 필요해서 예약했는데
    여러 명이 사용하기도 좋고
    우선 제일 좋았던 건 깨끗하고 쾌적하다는 점이에요. 인테리어도 예쁘고.. 식기나 조리도구, 양념도 다 갖춰져 있어서 좋았어요.
    웰컴 간식도 너무 잘 먹었구요^^
    숙소 근처에 맛집이 많아서 저는 요리는 안 했지만
    캡슐 커피도 있어서 더운데 밖에 안 나가고 숙소에서 내려서 마셨어요. 다음에 서울 갈 일 생기면 또 이용하고 싶어요.
    2층은 루프탑 있다고 들었는데 다음엔 2층도 가보고 싶어요.
    주말에 이용 잘 했습니다~ 감사합니다^^
