If the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days of the check-in date, they can receive a full refund including fees.
If the guest cancels between 7-30 days before check-in but the 24-hour free cancellation period has passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the accommodation fee paid to the host will be deducted and refunded.
If a guest cancels the reservation within 7 days before check-in, the host will receive the entire accommodation fee. The accommodation fee and service fee cannot be refunded.
Service fees are non-refundable on or after check-in.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.

This accommodation is officially registered as a Foreign Tourist City Accommodation. Legal domestic stays are only possible through the WeHome platform.
