· Parking is not available. We’ll offer you information on the nearby paid parking lots on request.
· Pets are absolutely not allowed. In case you accompany your pet, host will request you to leave Laon House.
· The whole Laon House including the porch is no smoking area, which means smoking indoors is completely not allowed. In case of smoking indoors, KRW 100,000 will be fined.
· Throwing parties and inviting visitors are strictly prohibited.
· Please do not make loud noises after 10 PM so you don’t bother the neighbours.
· If it is found out more people than the booked number check in or enter the house, host will request the extra number of people to leave Laon House. In case the request is not implemented, all the guest will immediately be ended up checking out.
· Please carefully use everything in Laon House as you do in your place. In the event of irreparable damage or loss of items or irreparable contamination on bedding, we could request compensations for that even after check-out.

The cozy and comfortable Raon House Hongdae branch is located a 1-minute walk from Hongik University Station. It is close to Yeontral Park, a walking path, Gyeongui Line Book Street, Sangsang Madang, famous restaurants, pubs, cafes, and clubs, making it the best place to spend time with friends or lovers and feel the atmosphere of Hongdae. There are two convenience stores within a 1-minute walk, and shopping is convenient as AK Mall, Lotte Super, E-Mart, Hanaro Mart, Hyundai Department Store, and Daiso are nearby. It consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an indoor terrace. In response to COVID-19, all bedding covers are replaced after guest check-out, the entire property is disinfected, and hand sanitizer and disinfectants are provided. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, various cooking utensils and tableware, and basic seasonings, so you can cook simple meals. Basic items such as toiletries, towels, and toilet paper are provided. Long-term stays and self-quarantine are also possible. Please inquire before making a reservation.
