■ Check-in: 8 PM / Check-out: 4 PM. - As you check in late, you have the special advantage of being able to rest until the afternoon of the next day. ^^ - Please contact the host for early check-in and late check-out :) ■ Please make sure to not smoke in the accommodation. (Including electronic cigarettes) - If you smoke, a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be incurred. ■ Food with strong odors (fish/meat, etc.) cannot be cooked for the next guest. ■ As it is a quiet residential area, please be careful of noise and complaints - Due to the nature of the building being used for public use, please be polite after 10 o'clock. ■ Pets are not permitted to enter. ■ For guest safety and to prevent theft and loss, CCTV is installed at the exterior entrance of the accommodation. ■ Visitors other than those who have made a reservation are not permitted to enter the room. Please be advised that if caught, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund. - If there are more people visiting, you must negotiate in advance and additional charges may apply. ■ Other and precautions ■ - Please take off your shoes at the accommodation. - Please put food waste in the prepared food bag, wash the dishes and place them on the dish drying rack. - Sort general waste into the trash can and place plastic/cans/paper, etc., next to the trash can :) - Be sure to turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights when going out :) - Please use the facilities in the accommodation with caution. The host is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence. - Additional charges may apply if furniture or items in the accommodation are damaged, lost, or contaminated after check-out.

    일행이 밤 시간 조금 시끄러웠어서 너무 죄송했는데 너그러이 메세지로 주의만 주고 넘어가 주셔서 감사했습니다. 중간에 수건도 보충해 주시고 빠른 답변까지 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다! 홍대와 가까워 위치도 좋고, 청결도 사진에 있는 그대로예요. 온수나 물빠짐, 욕실 상태도 묵어본 서울 숙소 중 최상입니다. 홍대 근처에서 숙박하실 일 있으시면 적극 추천드립니다!

    더 메모리에서 하룻밤의 매우 편했습니다. 호스트님과도 연락이 잘 되고 빠른 응답을 해주셔서 더 편했던것 같습니다. 실제 숙소에 입실하면 사진과 다름없이 오히려 더 편안하고 아늑하게 느껴졌습니다. 저희 가족이 지내기엔 더없이 좋았다는.. 특히 벌레 같은것들이 하나도 보이지 않는걸 봐서 호스트분이 관리늘 잘하신다고 생각되네요!
    홍대역까지 도보로 멀지 않아서 밤늦게 까지 밖에 있다가 들어왔습니다. 호스트분께서 이런거 저런거 많이 이해해주셔서 편한 하루였습니다 조만간 서울에 올 일이 또 있어서 예약하려고 했는데 이미 잡혀있어서 아쉬웠네요. 혹시라도 취소되면 말씀부탁드립니다
