House rules

1. Additional guests are not allowed to stay in addition to the number of guests you have reserved. We inform you in advance that you may be evicted if caught. 2. Pets are strictly prohibited. 3. You can cook in our accommodation, but the kitchen is small. Please take this into consideration and enjoy simple cooking. 4. Do not put any foreign substances, including toilet paper, in the toilet! Failure to do so may result in trouble, and you may be required to pay compensation if necessary. 5. Any items left behind without prior notice will be immediately discarded. 6. Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please be especially careful about noise, such as loud singing or listening to loud music, between 9 PM and 7 AM. 7. If you smoke in the accommodation, smoke will be detected by the fire detector, the fire alarm will sound, and the fire department will be dispatched as an emergency. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Please be careful as a liability compensation of 100,000 won will be incurred if you smoke in the accommodation.
