One of the great things about our accommodation is that there are no hard climbs nearby, and since the accommodation is also located on the first floor, there is absolutely no need to climb stairs:)

In addition, it is convenient as there are various restaurants, Daiso, banks, etc. nearby. Although it is right near the subway station, it is located in a residential area, so the area around the accommodation is not noisy and is very quiet:)

* The accommodation is warm, and a heater is provided for a more cozy stay.

* There are not many households in the same building, so there is no noise problem.

* It has three rooms and a kitchen, making it a great short-term rental accommodation for families with children.

* A total of 4 queen size beds and a topper (folding mattress) are provided and can accommodate up to 11 people.

* The interior is cleaned thoroughly every time and is regularly quarantined and disinfected.

* All bedding is washed/dried/replaced every time.

Other matters

- All areas of the property, including restrooms, are 'non-smoking areas'. (Including electronic cigarettes, cleaning fees and cancellation fees for next-day reservations will be charged when smoking.)

- Pets are not allowed.

- No one other than the guest is allowed during the stay.

If there is access or accommodation other than the number of people who applied, a penalty of 30,000 won per person per night will be charged.

- Foods with a strong odor, such as fish and meat, cannot be cooked or consumed within Sokso. Only simple dishes such as ramen are possible.

- Bedding is provided according to the number of people. Beds can also be used according to the number of people. Up to 8 people can use 4 queen-size beds, and for reservations of 9 or more people, an additional topper (folding mattress) and futon set are provided.

- If you are a guest for more than 3 nights and would like to use the washing machine and dryer, please contact the host in advance.

- This is an apartment complex located in a residential area, so it cannot be used for parties. You must be careful of noise after 10 PM, and if a complaint occurs due to noise, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund.

- Early check-in and late check-out are 10,000 won per hour, please ask the host in advance.
