Mi Casa is located in a safe, quiet, and convenient double station area in Seocho-gu, with access to Naebang Station on Line 7 and Bangbae Station on Line 2. It has very easy access to central Seoul and Gangnam. There are various amenities nearby, such as restaurants, convenience stores, and marts, as well as Bangbae Forest Environment Library and Seoripul Park, where you can enjoy a walk.
The family home consists of 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
1) Room 1 : 1 double bed + 1 single bed + bathroom
2) Room 2 : 1 double bed + 1 single bed
3) Room 3 : 1 single bed
♣ If you require an additional room, you can pay an additional fee and use for a double room with a separate entrance. This double room has cooking facilities and a bathroom.
House Rule
The recommended number of guests for our accommodation is 7.
If you exceed 7 persons, you will be charged an additional fee.
The accommodation is located in a residential area, so please be considerate of your neighbors, especially at night, so as not to disturb them.
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
Please put food waste in food waste bags and other waste in the recycling bin in the yard.
After using the induction, you must turn it off, and when you go out, you must turn it off and lock the door.
