●Hours of use -Check-in: After 3 PM on the day -Check-out: Before 10 AM the next day *A cleaning company will visit at 10 AM for environmental beautification. Please be sure to observe the check-out time. *Late check-out is available until 12 PM for 10,000 won per hour. (You must notify us by 9 AM for late check-out requests to adjust the cleaning company visit schedule.) *Please leave a simple message saying "I have checked out" when checking out. ●Information on precautions and compensation costs Please keep the following in mind to ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation and prevent complaints and safety accidents. *All areas of the accommodation are non-smoking. *Cooking food with strong odors (such as grilling meat) is prohibited, and only simple cooking is permitted. *Pets are not allowed. *Please be careful not to let the bedding, rugs, and furniture in the accommodation get dirty with food, cosmetics, blood, or other foreign substances. If the smell does not go away and the next guest cannot be accommodated, or if the contamination cannot be removed even after washing, a separate compensation fee will be incurred. *Please wash the dishes in the kitchen after using them. *Please be mindful of noise during your stay so that everyone can spend their daily lives in a comfortable and quiet space. (Please understand that in the event of complaints between households, you will be forced to vacate the room without a refund.) ●Parking information *Parking is not available in the building, so if you are bringing a car, please park in a nearby public parking lot. *Information on the nearest public parking lot (300m from Sinjeong Station): Sinjeong 4-dong Sinseo Public Parking Lot: Sinjeong-dong 984-1 (Eunhaengjeong-ro 42, Sinseo High School)
