YOON STAY offers a clean and cozy place
Yoon Stay is characterized by the comfort and cleanliness felt in the new building.
•Elevators are installed in the building for convenience in movement.
•In addition to providing Wi-Fi, you can use various OTT services (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).
•For cleanliness, bedding and towels are thoroughly washed and disinfected.
•Security Management: CCTV is installed at the entrance of the accommodation for the safety of guests.

✅ Precautions
Please check the number of guests before making a reservation. Except for the reserved number of people, the maximum number is 4. Only the pre-booked number of people can use and stay at the accommodation. If the excess number of people is admitted, please keep this in mind (CCTV is operated at the entrance)
• Damage, contamination, and loss of all objects indoors and outdoors will be covered by liability, and recovery and replacement costs and operating loss costs may be charged. Please let the host know immediately if any problems arise.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not put your carrier indoors or on the bed.
• NO PARKING IN BUILDING: Please park using the nearby public parking lot or the "Everyone's Parking Lot" app.
• No smoking in the accommodation: Including e-cigarettes. No greasy food or strong-smelling dishes (tomyangkung, malatang, stew, pork belly, steak, spicy fish soup, etc.) are allowed. In the event of contamination, you may be charged a special cleaning fee (W500,000).
• It is prohibited to cause damage to neighbors after 10 p.m. Please be aware that in the event of a civil complaint, you may be discharged.
• We inform you in advance that additional charges will be incurred if you use other bedding other than the set bedding.

• 실내외 모든 기물의 파손, 오염, 분실 시 변상 책임이 따르며, 복구 및 교체 비용과 영업 손실 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다. 문제가 발생하면 즉시 호스트에게 알려주세요.
• 애완동물 출입 금지입니다.
• 캐리어는 실내, 침대 위에 올리지 말아 주세요.
• 건물 내 주차 불가: 주변 공영주차장 또는 "모두의 주차장" 앱을 이용해 주차해 주세요.
• 숙소 내 흡연 절대 금지: 전자 담배 포함. 기름진 음식이나 냄새가 강한 요리(똠양꿍, 마라탕, 찌개류, 삼겹살, 스테이크, 매운탕 등)는 불가합니다. 오염 발생 시 특수 청소비용이 (50만원)청구될 수 있습니다.
• 저녁 10시 이후 이웃에게 피해를 주는 행동은 금지입니다. 민원 발생 시 퇴실 조치될 수 있으니 주의 부탁드립니다.
• 세팅한 침구외에 다른침구를 사용할시 추가요금 발생함을 미리 안내드립니다.

친구들과 오랜만에 모여 수다떨려고 잡은 방입니다! 할로윈 컨셉으로 꾸며두셔서 너무 귀엽더라구요😆 건물도 새건물, 화장실도 침구도 너무 새거고 깨끗해서 친구들과 불편함없이 너무 편하게 놀다왔어요! 고려대 주변에 숙소 찾으시는 분들게 정말 강력추천드립니다!
