This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly decline excessive drinking and party gatherings.
There is a slight incline of about 7 steps before reaching the accommodation. It may not be suitable for the elderly or families with young children using strollers.

Please dispose of all recyclable waste in the gray recycling bin in the kitchen. (The host will take care of sorting.)
Food waste should be disposed of in the white food waste bin in the kitchen.
The house is approximately 33 square meters (about 10 pyeong) in size.
House Rule
▪️ Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM
▪️ Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including indoors, the building, stairs, and entrance.
▪️ No pets allowed: If pets are brought, a special cleaning fee will be charged.
▪️ CCTV is installed at the building entrance and outside for safety.
▪️ Light cooking only: Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors.
▪️ No shoes indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the accommodation.
▪️ No late check-out: Late check-out is not available due to the nature of the operation.
▪️ Located in a quiet residential area: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. If complaints arise, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
▪️ No parties allowed inside the accommodation.
▪️ Report any damage or contamination of property to the host.
▪️ Only reserved guests are allowed to stay or visit. (The reserved number includes visitors. If additional guests are found, you may be asked to leave without a refund.)
▪️ Regular pest control is conducted by a professional company. However, due to the nature of older buildings, it is difficult to completely prevent all insects from entering. Please keep the space clean to maintain pest control effectiveness.
▪️ No parking available: A public parking lot is available 4 minutes away (card payment only).
▪️ No responsibility for accidents or lost items due to carelessness.
▪️ Dispose of food waste in the white food waste bin in the kitchen.
▪️ Do not flush any items, including tissue, wet wipes, sanitary products, or food waste, down the toilet. Old buildings in Korea have narrow pipes, and clogging may result in additional charges.
▪️ Room cleaning service is available for long-term stays, scheduled as needed. (Room cleaning takes about 2–3 hours, and bedding replacement is available for an additional charge of 25,000 KRW.)
▪️ Excessive utility charges (gas/electricity/water) that exceed the average usage of the past three months may incur additional charges.
