Hello :) Welcome to Belledgar house !
As a longtime resident of Jamsil, I've prepared this accommodation to share the charm of Jamsil with all of you.
Our place is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Samjeon Station on Line 9, offering excellent accessibility. Jamsil Baseball Stadium is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away, making it the perfect spot for baseball fans. Additionally, Saemaeul Market is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to pick up some snacks before heading to the game.
COEX is just a 5-minute subway ride away, and both Lotte World and Seokchon Lake are accessible by bus in about 15 minutes. Moreover, Olympic Park is also only 15 minutes away by subway or bus, allowing you to conveniently explore various attractions in Seoul.
Our accommodation is prepared to welcome you with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We have put our heart into creating a space where you can relax and take a break from the daily grind. We wish peace and blessings to everyone who stays here.

1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
If you need to adjust the check-in/check-out time, please contact the host in advance. A late check-out without prior arrangement may incur additional charges.
2. Guests
Standard occupancy: 2 guests / Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
The bed is a double bed suitable for 2 people.
For additional guests, extra bedding will be provided to sleep on the floor.
There is an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person for extra guests.
In some cases, visitors may spend time at the property without staying overnight. In this case, an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per person will apply.
Please note that a security camera is installed at the entrance, which monitors guest entry and exit. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
Be considerate of the neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a request to vacate the premises.
4. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal
Please keep the accommodation clean. Clean any used kitchenware, and place used towels in the laundry basket.
Follow the waste separation guidelines for proper disposal. Food waste, recyclables, and general waste should be disposed of in the designated bins.
5. No Smoking and Prohibited Items
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
The use of items that could cause a fire (such as candles, fireworks, etc.) is not allowed in the accommodation.
The possession of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action if discovered.
Pets are not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
6. Safety and Emergency Situations
Familiarize yourself with the locations of emergency exits and fire extinguishers in the accommodation.
In case of an emergency, such as fire or gas leak, please contact the host immediately.
When leaving the accommodation, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked, and turn off all lights and appliances.
7. Facility Use
Please use all facilities and furniture in the accommodation with care and safety.
Familiarize yourself with the proper usage of appliances, heating devices, and kitchen tools before use.
If any property or facility is damaged or malfunctions, inform the host immediately. Additional charges may apply.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact the host.

주변에 편의점이 가깝고 잠실 롯데타워도 가까워서
아이들과 여행하기 너무 좋았습니다.
주차 자리도 신경써주셔서 밤 9시 넘어 입실했는데도
주차를 편히 했어요
여기저기 이쁜 포인트들도 있고
아이들과 사진도 찍고 LP음반도 오랫만에 들어보고
즐거운 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다 :-)

위치에 비해 가성비가 너무나 좋은 숙소였답니다.
주차도 넓고 자리도 넉넉했구요.

연휴동안 아이와 새로운 곳에서 지내보고 싶어 찾아보다 이곳을 결정 했는데 정말 최고의 선택 이었어요^^
우선 숙소가 깔끔하고 무엇보다 제가 좋아하는 호텔식 화이트 침구세트 여서 정말 좋았어요
아이가 7살인데 범퍼침대 아래 칸막이를 열고 누우니 사이즈가 딱 맞아서 아이도 편안하게 지낼 수 있었네요
그리고 무엇보다 빔프로젝트가 있어서 아이가 영화관 온거 같다고 너무 좋아했어요^^
위치도 대로변에서 살짝 들어와 있어서 조용하면서도 주변에 식당 카페 등 편의시설 들이 많아 지내는 동안 편하게 잘 지낼 수 있었어요
체크아웃 한 날은 걸어서 새마을시장도 다녀왔는데 거리도 가깝고 아이가 색다른 경험을 할 수 있어서 정말 좋았네요

2. 숙소 자체가 정말 이쁘고 필요한건 다 있을정도 입니다. 진짜 몸만 와도 돼요! 아 칫솔은 위생상 본인 지참입니다!!
2-1. 방이라던가 거실이 너무 분위기 있어요.따뜻한 느낌의 조명이 있어 분위기가 너무 좋아요. 가구들도 빈티지하고 앤틱해서 제 집이면 좋겠단 생각이 들 정도에요!
3. 의외로 주차차량이 많지 않아서 공간이 널널합니다!
4. 교통도 편리합니다! 조금 더 나가면 역 사거리라 카페라던가 있을건 다 있어요! 걸어서 3분정도요!! 버스라던가 지하철 이용도 쉬워요!
숙소 자체의 장점도 있지만 호스트님이 정말 친절하시구 피드백도 빠르세요. 비앤비 같은곳에서 숙소를 처음 이용하는거라 걱정도 많았는데 정말 감사히 잘 머물고 갑니다!!! 우스갯 소리로 와이프랑 여기 세입자 하고 싶다고 했어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

감각적인 숙소에요! 소품하나하나 퀄리티 장난아니구 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았어여! 아기랑 가서 사진들도 못찍고 소품은 아기손에 안닫게 치우기 비빴지만 ..ㅎ 애기침대도 설치해주시고 또 방이 분리되있어서 애기재우고 빔으로 야구 보면서 남편이랑 한잔했습니다 ㅎㅎ 내집처럼 잘쉬다가 갑니다 감사합니다:-)

명절연휴 1박 숙박했습니다.
이 숙소를 선택하게된 이유
-롯데월드몰 차량 5분거리
-늦은체크인시간임에도 주차자리 확보
-아기범퍼침대설치
-명절연휴 호텔대비 매우저렴한가격
-사진상 공간분리가 잘 됨
숙소 도착 할 때까지 주차자리 확보를 위해 지속적으로 공간 확인 해주셨고
범퍼침대에 아이 눕혔을 때 방 문이 닫히지 않아서 당황했는데, 공간분리를 위해 커텐 설치되어있었어요.
집기류등 깔끔하게 셋팅해주셨고, 늦은시간 체크인이어서 사용하지 못했지만 거실공간에 사진찍을 수 있게 소품 셋팅 되어있었어요.
호스트분께서 체크인방법 전달 안 되었을 상황을 대비해서 문자로 따로 연락주신다거나, 정말 빠른답변 해주셔서 머무는동안 편안하게 있을 수 있도록 해주셨습니다.
아이와 숙박인경우 너무너무 강추이고 친구들과의 여행이나 커플여행인경우도 추천드립니다.(사진포인트가 예뻐요)
다음에 잠실 방문할 일 있으면 재방문의사 1000000% 입니다.
