Guests use the living room, bedroom, and all spaces exclusively 800 size round table 4 chairs Smart Samsung 50-inch TV (all OTTs can be watched with a personal account) Free internet provided The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, freezer + refrigerator, microwave, electric pot, various cooking utensils and tableware, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, so you can store your belongings! A convenience store is a 1-minute walk away. ?When reserving for 1-2 people, a bed + sofa will be set (If you book for 1-2 people and want an additional bed, an additional laundry fee of 20,000 won will be charged and we inform you in advance that the space may be somewhat narrow) ??When reserving for 3-4 people, a bed + bed will be set (There is no additional charge, and we inform you in advance that the space may be somewhat narrow?) House Rule
- If you violate the indoor smoking ban, the smoke detector will sound and the fire truck may be dispatched, and a separate professional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be added. Please absolutely refrain from smoking. - Be careful not to hit the wall shelves :-) - Please collect all trash in one place. Be sure to separate it from all food waste. (If you do not separate the food waste, the cleaning lady will have to clean it all up one by one. Thank you for your consideration.) - If you put food waste in the dedicated container near the sink, the cleaning staff will clean it up. - If you are staying for more than 7 days, or if you want to clean up the trash yourself? Put food waste in a green food waste bag and dispose of it in the orange box outside the building. Collect paper/plastic (needs to be washed)/vinyl/cans separately and put them in the transparent plastic bag provided and dispose of them outside the building after 8 PM. If you have difficulty separating waste, just collect it separately and the cleaning staff will clean it up. - We disinfect regularly, but there may be mosquitoes and bugs in the summer because it is near Seoul Forest. When entering and exiting, please make sure to close the front door, and when opening windows, please ventilate through places with screens! - Never flush foreign substances down the toilet. Please be careful that water pressure can cause backflow. - This is a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise after 10 p.m. for the sake of other neighbors??

서울숲과 성수동 즐기기에 위치 너무 좋고, 뚝섬역에서 금방 걸어갈수있습니다.
한적한 주택가 근처라서 조용하고, 조금만 걸어가면 성수동 핫플들이 나옵니다.
숙소 및 화장실 깔끔하고, TV & WIFI 등 사용 다 잘됩니다.
흔한 호텔이나 강남쪽 에어비앤비 보다 훨씬 낫습니다.Oct 2024 -

숙소에 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 나서 기분이 좋았습니당!! 숙소는 사진이랑 똑같았고 너무너무 감성있는 숙소였어요...🥹 친구랑 서울에 산다면 이런 곳에서 살고 싶다는 말 999999번 했습니당 중간중간 여러 문의 많이 했는데 친절하고 빠르게 답장 주셨고 덕분에 기분 좋게 서울 나들이 한 것 같아욤 다음에 성수 갈 일 있으면 여기로 또 예약할거예요!!! 감사합니다😆❤️
