3 minutes walk from Suyeong Station! Gwangalli Beach 7 minutes by car! It is located a 9-minute drive from Mille Lac The Market. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and in addition to the convenience store, there are supermarkets, cafes, laundries, and restaurants near the accommodation. This is a multi-family house where you can comfortably stay in one room on the second floor, and up to 7 people can stay at the property.
House Rule
1. Only the number of people reserved can stay in the room. If there are additional people, please inform the host. Additional fees will be charged for additional people. Pets are not allowed. 2. Check-in is at 3 PM. 3. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed at the 2nd floor entrance. After smoking, please throw away your trash in the ashtray provided at the entrance. If you are caught smoking, you will be charged for laundry and cleaning.

먼저 호스트님이 답장이 빠르셔서 원활하게 소통할 수 있어 좋았어요!
숙소도 청결하고 좋았고 사진보다 훨씬 더 넓었습니다. 침대도 푹신푹신... 방마다 에어컨도 있어서 비오는 날에 머물렀는데 쾌적했어요! 소파도 밑이 열려서 베드처럼 누울 수 있는 점 때문에 거실에서 여러 사람들끼리 편안하게 앉을 수 있었어요~
건조기는 없었지만 도보 1분 거리에 세탁방이 있었고 아이스크림 할인점이 근처에, 편의점이 1층에 있어서 중간 중간 필요한 걸 사기에 용이했습니다!
1층 현관을 한 번 열고 2층으로 올라가는 숙소라서 안전하다고 느꼈습니다!
거실에 접이식 테이블이 있었으면 티비 보면서 맛있는 거 먹을 수 있을 것 같아요!

정말 편안하고 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고, 호스트 분이 응답도 빠르시고 친절해서 머무는 동안 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었어요. 위치도 지하철 역과 가까워서 이동도 편리하고 주변에 상가가 많아 상가 구경도 재밌었습니다.
다만, 조금 아쉬운 점이 있다면 방음이 잘 안 돼서 가끔 소음이 들리긴 했습니다. 또 주차가 조금 걱정되었는데 주변이 골목길이라 주차할만한 장소는 있었습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 큰 불편함 없이 잘 묵었고, 다음에도 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다!Sep 2024
