★Guide to Use★ ⠂Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00 (non-face-to-face) ⠂Early check-in, late check-out not possible (Please understand that this is to provide a cleaner accommodation by securing cleaning time.) ⠂Building parking available (1 car) (However, it is required to secure space for vehicles from other households to move and provide contact information) ⠂Long-term stay possible (Cleaning tools provided - vacuum cleaner is located next to the supply closet) ⠂2nd floor (no elevator) ⠂2 bedrooms (queen bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony (washing machine, dryer) ⠂4-person dishes, wine glasses, beer glasses provided ⠂Electric kettle, microwave, gas range, vacuum cleaner, steam iron (handheld), dryer, curling iron ⠂Shampoo, treatment, body wash, hand wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, foam cleansing provided ⠂Large convenience store (CU) within walking distance that operates 24 hours 1 min ⠂Bulkwangcheon Cafe Street 12 min walk ★Notes★ 1. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our accommodation. In addition to compensation for damages, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged separately for smoking in the accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside the building. 2. As this is a residential area, please lower your voice and footsteps in the evening for your neighbors. (10 PM ~ 6 AM the next day) Please speak quietly on the stairs or in the hallway. If you receive a complaint or report due to noise, you may be asked to leave. 3. A supply box is placed in Room 1 (next to the entrance) for necessary items when using the accommodation. Please understand that only the host can use it. 4. Pets are not allowed. 5. Dyeing, discoloration, and contamination are prohibited under any circumstances. Dyeing in the bathroom is not allowed. If there is discoloration of towels, stains on the floor, or contamination due to dyeing, a repair fee will be charged. 6. Cooking and food that may cause strong odors, such as grilling meat or fish, are not allowed. Only simple food can be cooked. Please refrain from grilling meat or fish that smells like wallpaper or is difficult to remove grease. 7. Parties are not allowed in the accommodation. The use of open flames (e.g. candles, gunpowder, etc.) for events is prohibited. 8. Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. It may cause the toilet to malfunction. If the toilet is clogged due to something other than toilet paper (e.g. wet tissues) and construction is required, compensation for damages may be claimed. 9. Additional people other than the number of people reserved cannot enter the room. If there are additional people, please leave a message in advance.

사진처럼 숙소가 엄청 깔끔해요! 세세한 부분까지 다 신경 쓰신 게 보일 정도로 부족한 거 없이 모든 게 다 있었어요 그리고 무엇보다 침구가 엄청 포근하고 좋아서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요♥ 근처에 바로 편의점도 있고 교통편이 너무 편해서 왔다 갔다 하기 편리했어요 이 근처에 다시 올 일이 있으면 다시 가고 싶을 정도로 숙소가 좋았습니다!

상암에 일정이 있어서 머무르게 되었는데, 위치적으로 걸어서 가기에도 좋은 위치와 숙소 컨디션은 제가 지금까지 가봤던 공유 주택 중 가장 좋았던 것 같습니다. 그리고 세세한 설명과 네임텍으로 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 근처에 일정이 또 생긴다면, 계속해서 이용할 예정입니다.
